UK Mainland Delivery
Please allow 3-5 days for all stock items to Standard UK Mainland Delivery. All orders are sent via our own delivery vehicles or on a pallet network.
Our standard UK Mainland delivery charge is £130.00 per 1 or 2 skips (please call to confirm delivery charges).

Our Delivery Policy
Definitions
In this document the following words shall have the following meanings:
- 1.1. “Seller” means N&J Equipment Ltd.
- 1.2. “Buyer” means the organisation or person who buys Goods from the Seller;
- 1.3. “Conditions” means the terms and conditions of sale set out in this document and any special terms and conditions agreed in writing by the Seller;
- 1.4. “Delivery date” means the date specified by the Seller when the Goods are to be delivered;
- 1.5. “Goods” means the articles to be supplied to the Buyer by the Seller;
- 1.6. “Price” means the price set out in the list of prices of the Goods maintained by the Seller as amended from time to time or such other price as the parties may agree in writing plus such carriage, packing, insurance or other charges or interest on such as may be quoted by the Seller or as may apply in accordance with these conditions;
Delivery Processing Time
- 2.1. The Seller’s orders normally are processed within 3-5 working days.
- 2.2. However, this time frame does not include weekend/holidays/bank holidays when the seller does not deliver goods. This could mean that your order could take longer than 3-5 working days.
- 2.3. This time period can also vary when the seller is experiencing a high volume of orders. This may cause your delivery date to be delayed by 1 or 2 days.
- 2.4. If the delivery does have a significant delay due to circumstances out of the seller's control, they will contact the buyer via email/telephone to let the buyer know when their goods will likely arrive.
Delivery confirmation and Order Tracking
- 3.1. The Seller will send a Delivery Confirmation email as soon as the buyer's item has been sent.
- 3.2. This email sent by the seller will include tracking number(s) where applicable if the buyer has requested this. This tracking number will be active with [amount of time to activate tracking]. This will allow the buyer to monitor the goods’ delivery more closely.
Taxes
- 4.1. All taxes on the item or the buyer’s order, before or after delivery, are not imposed by the seller but by outside sources.
- 4.2. Therefore, the Seller is not responsible for any taxes so these should be covered by the buyer.
Damages/Lost Goods
- 5.1. Any goods that become damaged or are lost after it has been sent out for delivery is not the seller's liability but the postal providers.
- 5.2. If this unfortunately happens the buyer should contact the postal provider and file a claim with them instead of the seller.
- 5.3. To fill a claim the buyer must make sure they have:
5.3.1. saved all packaging materials that the item came in;
5.3.2. kept all damaged goods.
Delivery Information
- 6.1. For the Seller to be able to send the goods to the buyer they should provide them with:
6.1.1. Full name of buyer;
6.1.2. Address of buyer;
6.1.3. Paid the price of the goods being sent by the seller in advance. - 6.2. If these obligations are not met by the buyer, there is no contract of sale between the buyer and seller. This therefore means that the seller has a right to not deliver the goods until the obligations have been met.
National Orders
- 7.1. If the buyer lives with in country where the company is based all orders will be delivered via sellars own vehicles or courier on behalf of the seller.
- 7.2. If the buyer wishes to use an alternative postal provider than postal provider they should contact the seller via email/phone before placing their order so that they can come to a solution.
- 7.3. The seller’s delivery charges depend on the weight of the goods being delivered. The prices are variable per item.
